Delivery & SMS automation
The parcel is delivered. The review request goes out on its own.
Connect Yalidine or Guepex by pasting a URL, import the rest of your orders by CSV, and let Cachet Thika send the review request by SMS at the right time — reminder included, without anyone on your team having to think about it.

Automating review collection after delivery in Algeria
Automating review collection after delivery means triggering the review request from a carrier signal rather than a human action. The parcel switches to “delivered”, Cachet Thika waits for the delay you set, then sends the customer the SMS containing their personal review link. Between the order and the published review, nobody has typed anything.
This is the weak spot of most Algerian online sellers: review requests are sent by hand, at the end of the week, when someone remembers — so ten days after delivery, when the customer has forgotten their purchase. Yet the decisive moment is in the hours after the parcel arrives, while the experience is still fresh. The default 2-hour delay is not arbitrary: it gives the customer time to open their parcel without letting the excitement fade.
Cachet Thika integrates natively with Yalidine and Guepex, the two carriers most used by Algerian e-commerce. Setup requires no development: you create a connector, Cachet Thika generates a webhook URL, and you paste it into your carrier account. Each event received creates or updates the customer, the product and the purchase, and retrieves the PDF waybill. Events can also be forwarded to your own system, so you don't have to choose between our integration and yours.
If you deliver with your own means or with a carrier that isn't connected, order import takes over, one order at a time or by CSV file. The review flow is then exactly the same.
Two safeguards frame the sending. The 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. time window prevents any night-time SMS: a parcel delivered at 6 a.m. waits for the window to open. And the reminder, adjustable from 1 to 24 hours, only goes to customers who haven't answered yet — it stops as soon as the review is submitted, and is limited to a single reminder.
To go further, combine this module with multichannel collection, the product catalog and API, and customer rewards to push your response rate even higher.
Frequently asked questions
What is automated review collection after delivery?
It is an automatic three-step sequence: the carrier notifies Cachet Thika that a parcel has been delivered, the platform waits for a delay you chose, then sends the customer an SMS containing their personal review link. No manual action is needed between the order and the published review. At Cachet Thika, this sequence relies on two modules: delivery connectors (Yalidine, Guepex) and SMS automation.
Which Algerian carriers are connected to Cachet Thika?
Yalidine and Guepex are supported natively. You create a connector from Settings › Delivery connectors, Cachet Thika generates a webhook URL that you paste into your carrier account, and every parcel status change is then synced automatically. The connector creates or updates the customer, the product and the purchase, and retrieves the associated PDF waybill.
How long after delivery is the SMS sent?
You choose the delay between 30 minutes and 24 hours; the default is 2 hours. Sending is restricted to a time window from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.: a parcel delivered at 6 a.m. will trigger its SMS when the window opens, never in the middle of the night.
What is the automatic reminder?
If the customer hasn't left their review after the first SMS, Cachet Thika sends them a second reminder message. The reminder delay can be set between 1 hour and 24 hours, with 3 hours by default. The reminder stops as soon as the review is submitted, and cannot be enabled without the initial automatic sending.
What if I use neither Yalidine nor Guepex?
Order import covers every other case. You add a single purchase from the dashboard, or upload a CSV file to process a whole day of shipments at once. Once the purchase is recorded, the review request follows exactly the same path as a delivery synced by webhook.
What happens if a webhook fails?
Every event received is logged with its status and any error message, visible in the connectors screen. Our team can re-import a parcel on request using the replay command, which recreates or updates the customer, the product and the purchase without duplicating existing data.
Can I forward delivery events to my own system?
Yes. Each connector accepts a forwarding URL: events received from the carrier are relayed as-is to your ERP, CRM or internal tool, in addition to being processed by Cachet Thika. So you don't have to choose between our integration and yours.
Stop sending your review requests by hand.
One URL to paste, one delay to choose: every delivery then triggers its review request, and its reminder.
